I am looking for a 2+ bedroom with a yard, as I have 2 children and want room for them to play a fenced yard would be lovely. If you know anyone or have any rents avaliable please respond. I would also like to the home to come with the standard appliances, i.e. stove, refridgerator. I am kind of in a hurry so if you could help please feel free. Price Range is 650.00 or lower. Thank you
Are you looking for a house only? I ask because where I'm living (on Pelham Rd.) it's a community of 2 & 3 BR townhomes and they have a small fenced yard (but there's also a playground on the premises), and I know there are other similar ones around here from low-priced to more upscale. It's a very convenient area "a hop, skip & a jump" to I-85, the Mall, lots of other shopping and services, and a hospital just a couple of minutes away.

It would be nice to know what area you're interested in. There will be a 2 br coming avialable at the end of this month, about. It's in the Wellford area of Spartanburg. It has a heat pump, new refrigerator, a stove, washer and dryer. The owner asks about $550. It's the last house on the right on Thompson Road off SC 129. The LR and front bedroom will have freshly sanded and varnished pine flooring. It's not fenced but that's not an issue since it's at the dead end at a cow pasture. There's no traffic. It's a real quiet area and there are other young children living on the street.
