Well, I have a question... Where will phase III be built? I initially thought that like Phase I and II, Phase III would be built right beside the former phases. Are they going to have to tear anything else down or will it be potentially built somewhere else?

The site plan on OneGreenville.com shows a vague portion of the future "phase 3." It covers the site currently occupied by an old parking garage attached to the Bank of America plaza tower, plus a small parking lot across from the bus terminal.
Ah thats what I thought! Cool. It doesn't look to be a HUGE parking garage by any means but wouldn't that cause parking problems with ALL of these buildings clustered in one area with no where to park? Will one of the "One" buildings have a parking garage beneath it?
The current phases will utilize available parking spaces in the 900+ space Richardson Street garage. The 3rd phase will almost certainly contain additional parking.
