Really? Wow. The apartments on Rhett across from Riverplace went up fairly quick. It's only 2 floors shorter. Can't remember if it was concrete footers or not. At least it's in progress. That's what matters to me most.

Thanks for the pic. I will say it's pretty exciting to come to work every morning and see contstruction cranes downtown. Love it.

Now who's going to build a 50 story building?

Ok..maybe that's too much...

LOL! But seriously, I'd say one more building in the downtown area (not on Main St. for heaven's sake!! ) about the size of the Landmark building would look REALLY good!

It will significantly increase density in that region of downtown, but don't expect a tremendous impact on the skyline.
