I don't know if this is even possible, but I would like to rent some commercial kitchen space for a few days a week. I know there are some bakers that don't have a store front, just a kitchen, and I was hoping one may be willing to let me come in just a few days a week, maybe less. Maybe even a church kitchen.

I want to start a small candy making business, just selling through gift shops, craft shows, and online. I know in SC you have to be in a commercial kitchen to be licensed.

I know it is a long shot posting here, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask! If anyone knows of anyone, or has any other suggestions I would love to hear them.

Thanks!

I had a candy business like this when I lived in the midwest. There is was able to rent space from my park district who had a licensed kitchen. I really wanted to do candy here but the weather isnt very conducive to the candies I make.
What kind of candies do you make?

Nonpariels and truffles are both dark. I also do dark chocolate strawberries, barks, etc. Pretty much anything made with milk can be made with dark chocolate
My favorite ever is a dark mint chocolate melt. mmmmmm
