Does anyone know of any new construction in the Woodland Elem and Riverside School zone? We are relocating and prefer this area. If you know of any, please post the name of community and what builder. Thanks!

There is a lot! A quick search turns up Chartwell Estates, SK Builders, along with some homes on Hammett brdige by SK, The Estates at Dillard Creek, Crown Communities, and the Village at Bent Creek, by Eastwood Homes.

Rosewood homes are too small. Thanks though. I need at least 3200 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We have 3 children.

That's what I thought. We actually looked at them before moving here; I had seen the communities online and liked the look, but they were not for us. In your price range you can get more house.
Check out the ones I sent you; I think there is a lot to choose from.

Thanks BigRedBeth. I'm currently looking into the ones you mentioned. We thought we found the right house and neighborhood but it's in Spartanburg district 5 and I'd rather have Riverside. We are planning a trip to house hunt in a few weeks. We are currently in Knoxville.
