Although part of the funding for this expansion came from "stimulus" money, these will be permanent, private-sector jobs contributing to the economy and not just more government employees.

My favorite part:

Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy, who represents the district in which the new KEMET money was spent, attended the ribbon cutting ceremony Monday afternoon.
When asked if he was celebrating the success of stimulus spending, Gowdy said the program was still a terrible idea. He said the program was "lucky" that this part of the investment worked out.

Taking advantage of the spotlight, that was made possible by the stimulus money but still saying it was bad. Can you be any cheaper?
