Several jonquils (early spring daffodils) in Falls Park were blooming nearly two weeks ago.

You are correct. Even though I prefer Spring over Fall, it is beautiful when all the leaves change their color. Just keep in mind that you have a small window of opportunity to enjoy the Fall colors because it doesn't last long and all leaves turn brown and fall from the trees.

Some of my bulbs are already coming up and I have things like scabiosa and verbena that hasn't stopped blooming since I planted them months ago. I have winter jasmine, honeysuckle and tea olive plants blooming right now too, and one other plant that I can't remember the name at this time.

My fav time - I'd say Spring with a close Fall second, I love them both! So much different from where I came from where it's basically green, green, and more green.
