Can anyone recommend me a good real estate agent that specializes in downtown Greenville homes? This will be something less than 200k.

I have been passively looking for homes in north main, overbrook, the west end (something close to main street) and it is quite overwhelming. Thanks in advance.

I know there are a few agents on the board here, so hopefully someone can help you.

Off tangent, and sorry to piggyback on your thread, but do real estate agents generally have info on foreclosures or houses not on realtor.com? We know a man that we have been thinking of using, but all he really does is send us info we find on realtor. com - hoping to find some other information. We want to use a realtor because we need his opinion from a buyer's opinion, but it seems like he wants us to find the house on our own. Which is fine, but we don't have any good information from the internet - some of it is outdated.

There are some new homes being built on Pickney St. About 1200-1400 sq. ft. They are in your price range. Not quite sure what you are looking for but that is pretty close to Downtown.

Lil Glenn specializes in Downtown Greenville homes. She lives in the Park Avenue area. If you Google Lil Glenn real estate she has a website. My dad has a home currently listed with her but it is in the $300K range, but there are homes available in your price range.
