Wow, the businesses just keep coming in out there. That's great for your economy! Not like here in CA, they all leave, because CA is so expensive to do business & they don't give tax breasks to get businesses in. Not too smart!

Kind of a tangent here, but I've heard that the majority of companies relocating or opening in Texas (another big pro-business state) the past couple years came from California.

This is true! Texas seems to have a lot of work. But not the place I would choose to live!!
Heck, Siemens is big time! Let them get a foot in the door and before long I bet they'll either expand this facility or find a reason to relocate something else to this state or area!
