Can anyone out there give us information on the best new subdivisions and the best custom builders in the Greenville area? We are relocating from the northeast and are looking for new construction. Any help will be greatly appreciated...thanks. We are looking to max out at around $400,000.

We are building a house in Ivy Grove subdivision in the Augusta rd area of town. It's about a mile to downtown Greenville and just down the road from Greenville memorial hospital. We have lived in the area for a yr and a half and really like this part of town. MOD CUT: Read the rules
