Does anyone have any suggestions for an honest jeweler in the area? I have a family ring with 6 smaller diamonds (each about 1/4 carat) that I want to put in a new white gold or platinum setting. Also want to add a centerpiece stone that is matched is clarity and color. Someone that could match up the stones would be a necessity. Any suggestions for someone that can be trusted to give an honest appraisal and opinion about this?
I know you asked for "Greenville area" - I have done business with Diamond Jewlers on E Main in Spartanburg and they were very good - had great prices as well. They were worth the drive for me. Here is a link to their website.
Check out Matthew Campbell at Matthew Campbell Studio & Gallery. It is a small custom jewelry shop & art gallery downtown and we have bought a few pieces from him for my wife. He used to work at Geiss & Son and while there he custom made my wife's wedding ring.
