I like this complex....excluding the grain shafts between the buildings. The interior lobby has a nice look to it. Although some want the "tallest building in SC", I think it would look out of place to build a 30 story building just for height. And, from a developers point of view, it would not make sense to build each floor with extended ceilings just to gain height. At some point, that becomes cost prohibitive unless there is a need such as a trading floor. This project is the right scale for the area, Hughes does good work.

On and off. Several of my friends live there so I visit at least a few times a month. I'm currently living in Greenville but I plan on moving over to Spartanburg sometime within the next few months so I can be closer to USC Upstate where I am a student currently.
