Wow, oh, wow....did I have a wonderful time in Greenville! Flew up on Friday and just left yesterday (Monday). My purpose for visiting was to see the city and Upstate for myself -- all in the hopes of moving there one day. My childhood memories held up to the test of time. It's just as gorgeous as I recall.
I'm putting together my thoughts and notes and will post here by this weekend.
Just wanted to thank those who gave me advice (and also all those posts in the last six months here on the forum were very helpful).
I am so impressed with so many aspects of the city...and I'm fairly hard to please or impress when it comes to things like this.
Have to say my entire trip was smooth as pie...and I cannot wait until my next visit.
