I think the properties along Laurens Road will remain retail commercial. The former Sam's Club could be demolished and create way, with the former Goody's site, something suitable for various retail and dining.

Market Place Drive will likely be extended to Rocky Slope Road to prodive direct access into Verdae.

Yes you would think with the frontage being on Lauresn Rd that it would remain commercial.

SC Telco Federal Credit Union is relocating in 2015 to 601 Verdae Blvd.
