Hey look, it's another nice PR article about Greenville's downtown.

It's fake. Clearly written by the Chamber of Commerce.

Why do you continue to post information about Greenville if everything written in these articles and blogs is "fake?"

Does it matter, the article is well over a year old. Besides, her credibility was lost when she bragged about Velo Fellow. Would love to see a better restaurant in that space, the building is too good for the restaurant.

I still don't understand your beef with Velo Fellow. Its quite good, and I know many other people who agree. You don't need to say an author is not credible when you disagree with their opinion of food.

Velo Fellow is my 2nd favorite bar in G'ville behind Trappe Door. It's a bar first and restaurant second. Not every space in downtown needs to be a great restaurant. It's my "regular" bar in downtown and has been since it opened. Great laid-back atmosphere, decent beers, and good service.

I can't understand why, just because a certain bar isn't your style, someone would think ar bar needs to be replaced with something that is their style? Downtown has a lot to offer for all kinds of different restaurants and bars. There are lots that I don't think, but I don't call for them to be replaced with a kind I do...I just go to the ones I DO like. Everyone has their own tastes and VF fits mine perfectly.
