The Cascades at Verdae recently won a national senior housing design competition sponsored by Long-Term Living magazine, The Society for the Advancement of Gerontological Environments (S.A.G.E.), The Center for Health Design and the American Society of Interior Designers.

Quote:
As a winning submission, Cascades is featured in a special 2010 DESIGN edition of Long-Term Living magazine, and hosted the 2011 jury over a two-day period in early January. The jury is a mixture of long-term care experts, architects, interior designers and senior healthcare administrators who evaluate the senior housing design submissions. At the end of the work sessions, participants selected the winning projects which will be featured in the 2011 DESIGN edition.
