I have a friend who is moving to Greenville for a short contract job and he plans on staying here 6 months max. Can anyone recommend apartment complexs with 3-6 month contracts? Thanks in advance!

What about an extended stay like Value Place? Most apartments won't do 3-6 months. You can also check Craigslist for a private rental. You'll have better luck there.

The Carlyle and Millenium both do 3 month. Century Forest will do 6 minimum. They're all pretty cheap too.

I called about 3 weeks ago looking into them.

We are staying at the Bristol on a six month lease. We love the proximity to downtown.

Azalea Hill Apartments does various lease terms. They will also rent furnished apartments if that's what your friend will need. They're off Verdae Blvd. We stayed there for 4 months last year when we relocated to this area.
