and don't forget the Camperdown development that will replace the Greenville News building. Haven't even got started good on that.
It's all very exciting and of course good for real estate but I have only been here 3 years and have already seen the difference in parking downtown- I used to always find a place on the street during the week, but hardly can now!
And not to mention what is going to happen once the new park goes in on the Reedy River. Surely lots more going to go in there.
One development that I haven't seen progress on is where the tower of apartments was knocked down on Augusta Street. Anyone know what is going on there? I thought the original plan was affordable housing.

I had the same problem. But, I found a new spot to park. The streets have nice green markings to direct to the nearest parking garage. It wasn't too bad, maybe 5 bucks to park. A bit farther than the old street lot, but I was going for a walk anyway! Hope that helps.
