If all goes as planned, my wife and I will have a house within walking distance of downtown Greenville available for rent by September 1. I know that many on here have been looking for rentals, so I thought you would be a good source to ask what sites would be good to list our rental? What sites have you used to look for rentals in Greenville?
I get inquiries every day from people looking fro rentals; I do not do property managment so not soliciting but I do look in the MLS a lot for rental properties.
I use a property manager - 8% of the rent goes to them and they handle background checks, listings, showings, maintenance, deposits, 1099s, etc etc etc. Creative Housing if you're interested - I use them for 2 rental homes. My brother uses them for 2 rental homes as well. A quick google search should find their web page.
