Looking for a general sense-there are some neighborhoods we like a lot but the bottom priced homes there seem to be at the top of our price point. We are not in a hurry, per se, to make a purchase as our lease has a few months left but if the right home came available we would consider breaking it.
-How long do you typically wait to make an offer? How many homes does one tend to look at?
-Likelihood of waiting to find the perfect home in the more preferred neighborhood?
-Any thoughts on the likelihood of finding a N. Main or Augusta Road/Cleveland Park home that is at least 3/2, in good shape for under $225? We want to be in an area like this on several levels, but don't want to live in a dump. So we are trying to figure out if it is worth holding off on making an offer elsewhere with the hopes something will become available.

Slim to none unless it's "all original" and/or "has character" - at that price point, it will be a complete reno
