I'm not sure a UNC Tarheel gift shop would go over very well here in SOUTH CAROLINA. But a USC Gamecock store or a Clemson Tiger store would likely be much more popular. But regionally speaking, perhaps an NFL Carolina Panthers store.
I am still awaiting Captain D's to announce a Greenville store as they return to Upstate SC. So far, they have announced a new location in Spartanburg. And at the old Radioshack on Woodruff Rd. I would like to see a Popeyes Chicken.

Several of the local Wendy's locations have recently been renovated with the modern, upscale design. Perhaps this location will be next. But I am actually a bit nostalgic for some of the older designs.
