Greenville County (Easley, Pickens: lease, home, schools)

Hi after I inquired about N Augusta hubby asked if I inquired about Greenville, Easley, Pickens, & others etc., all of which I guess are in Greenville Cty., anyone know how that area is as far as cost of living, (utilities, property taxes)climate, near to shopping, airports, medical care, schools aren't important as we are beyond that age, etc. Also are there any manufactured home communities where you own rather than lease your lot. Thanks for your input
