Based on quality Antonio's looses out, but Brioso might loose out on location.

If willing to drive a little check out Dolce Vita, The original Pizza House owners, a little more upscale on hwy 81.They also have better pizza than PH does today.

Interesting. I wonder why they aren't going in Powdersville?

I wonder where all the Powdersville rumors came from, then? Will they tear down the existing building? It isn't super easy to cross traffic on 123 at that spot but it isn't all that bad, either. That will be about the same distance from my house but not on the way home from work like the rumored Powdersville location would have been. In any case, we probably only eat fried chicken a handful of times per year.

I just don't have a lot of faith Popeye's will build a lot of locations in this area based on some other markets they have entered. Taken them forever to build that additional upstate location in Greer. I think Bojangles will continue to greatly outnumber them in the upstate.

Maybe they are building in both locations...I cant see why they wouldn't, I mean they are owned by BK now and BK appears to be pushing alot of new locations and cleaning up existing ones from what I see in my travels.

LOL. Based on the drive thru lanes at Chick-fil-a and Zaxby's in Easley there is plenty of business for other competitors.
