Cedar Springs Market, located on Cedar Springs Road at Southport Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is a retail center that will be anchored by Walmart Neighborhood Market #3338. The development is projected to open in spring 2015.
Walmart Neighborhood Market #3338 will be Walmart's first Neighborhood Market store to open in Spartanburg County. According to the site plan from April 2014, the store will be 41,332 square feet in gross leasable area out of 41,624 square feet overall, will have a pharmacy drive through, and will have an eight-pump fuel center. The store will be adjacent to 14,300 square feet of shops.
