I agree. It would be a step in the right direction of removing decayed structures and creating opportunities for redevelopment.

I have seen no serious activity at the site in several months, since the fire and subsequent removal of some toxic debris.

Skyliner is right they have not touched the site at all. That is now one of the number one eyesores in Spartanburg County. If anyone has any demolition equipment I will join you on the site this weekend.

Thank you both for the kind comments. I've been busy with life and haven't allowed myself much time to engage in reading/posting information on public sites like this. I actually forgot about this site for a few years, but was pleasantly surprised to find the amount of information still being shared here.
