I think you are thinking about Hampton Station.It has White Duck Taco and Birds Fly South brewery.It looks like a food hall,but its not.

It does. We went to FR8Yard before Easter — very lively and fun. Place was packed!

We plan to go soon. Everytime we try to go it is either packed or it is too cold.
