The Gather GVL food hall planned for Augusta Street near the baseball stadium has a website and some tenants lined up: https://www.gathergreenville.com/

I think you are thinking about Hampton Station.It has White Duck Taco and Birds Fly South brewery.It looks like a food hall,but its not.

It looks very similar to the FR8Yard in downtown Spartanburg.

It does. We went to FR8Yard before Easter — very lively and fun. Place was packed!
