That could be our answer. I'm guessing probably will be some small retail that shadows Walmart like a mattress or store front dental place.

The Old Mill Stream building was a early/mid 1800's water powered textile mill that made confederate uniforms during the years the sovereign state of SC was invaded by marauding godless vandals

Realtylink's proposed use for the lease is for 2 stand alone fast-food buildings, or 1 fast food and one small retail.

It seems like “it’s gonna be a dentist’s office” might as well be the default response to every question in this thread anymore.

One of them is going to be Burger King. No word on the other proposed retail/fast food space next door yet.

AAH So Burger King has plotted it's return to Woodruff Rd. They were near Target/85 there years back and inside of Greenville Mall (before Magnolia) many many years ago.

I noticed to on Realtylink's site the old Tavern24/Fatz building next to Fudd's has been sold.

Huh? Up until 2.5 years ago, they were on Woodruff Rd. in front of Publix until Cookout took them over.
