Thank you.

I found this. Looks like they are leaving Donaldson for a new facility.

Looks like the Chick-fil-a on Clemson Blvd in Anderson is moving across the street next to the Golden Corral.

This was the site that had the Beltline Plaza sign. I guess that development got cancelled.

Saw a funny meme on Twitter with a bat holding up an Eat Mor Chikin sign.

Curious minds in Duncan want to know...there’s an old cow/horse field down from Byrnes, at the intersection of S Danzler & Beach Springs Rd that was part of a 200+ acres group of lots for sale, and the other main part is at Victor Hill and S Danzler along i85. It’s listed as Under Contract here: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/0-S-...n-SC/16185585/ but it’s only half the acreage originally listed. The lot at first intersection mentioned has had boundary markers placed, utilities marked and what looked like a machine for maybe core samples to...maybe test for what weight ground could hold I imagine? Wondering what may be coming to that area. With $/acre I’m assuming industrial.

What will the building be that is under renovation on 420 Laurens Road (diagonally not far from Willy Taco)? Looks like a long front pedestrian walkway, and they re-did the parking lot across McAdoo Ave to current tree standards and concrete which must have cost a fortune.

Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack out of Asheville. It's been planned a long time and posted somewhere on here.

Probably been mentioned in this thread but can't find it: what is going in at Roper Mountain and Roper Mountain Extension? Weird geometric portion visible closer to the church.

I found out recently it will be a V-Go gas station. I think that's supposed to be a car wash sort of thing in the back corner.

That is odd. I would think that area would be zoned for residential or office. Seems like they have been very picky about what goes in that area in the past.

Weird... It did look like a gas station/car wash, but never thought they'd allow something like that there.

What is being built in an outparcel on South Street in Simpsonville next to the Sharonville FCU? (Nearby and visible from Fairview Rd).
