I saw on the Easley Community page that it's going to be a Take 5 Oil Change location.

Senior Action purchased and is renovating the Bi-Lo shopping center (Vaughns) at East North and Howell Rd. The old Bi-Lo is disappearing more than likely. Is Tuesday Morning still located there too?

They didn't buy the section that houses the BiLo. They also are only taking about half of what they bought. Tenants will remain.

Senior Action is taking the former Gold's Gym space and additional store fronts.

Another supermarket has been in speculation to acquire BI-LO #5092.

So apparently Food Lion did not choose to acquire BI-LO #5092? Is that location still open?

BI-LO #5092 is not among the stores that are to be acquired by Food Lion. It is open presently.

Going way back on this one, but CK will correct my errors The old Vaughan’s at EN Bilo, as well as the S. Pleasantburg store, along with the Anderson Mall locations were built in about 1980 as the first Kroger’s stores in this area. The had attached liquor stores, which was unheard of in the south east. In today’s world a vacant 40 yo grocery store is worth less than vacant real estate since it must be torn down. In Mauldin a barely 10 yo vacant Winn Dixie was razed to make way for Publix. The existing boxes will not return to grocery stores.

I don't remember them being Kroger stores. Both of those twin stores (Vaughns and S. Pleasantburg) were A&P Sav-a-Center stores as far back as I can remember. You maybe thinking of the Welcome store at Laurens and Haywood (Burlington now)which was owned by Kroger and Anderson had 2 Kroger branded stores one of which was across from Anderson Mall.

I agree that old Howell Rd store will have to be torn down and rebuilt.
