I hate that the Groucho's got pushed out in the remodel of that center, though.
I probably won't shop at 5 Below (been to one, not that impressed) I don't see myself visiting that many of the new stores except Ross.

5 Below seems like it's geared to kid's and teens to me. They do have a nice candy section.

Is HomeGoods still coming? Good store!

I know Ulta is coming but you could be right about HG. I would check them out.

HomeGoods is part of the TJX company (parent of TJMaxx and Marshall's). All the same company.

Could it be a Gusto! location? Seems they are expanding in the Atlanta area and they do use established buildings for their stores. Just saw a commercial on CNN but that would definitely be geared for the Atlanta area. Wondering.

Anyone what is being built next to Maple Street Biscuit Co. in Five Forks? Foundation has been poured on a new building in the little side parking lot. Doesn’t look like their is a drive thru so no bank or fast food. Probably just medical or dental but hopefully something more interesting.

From what I have read, all of those out parcels were geared toward medical.

That particular out parcel is owned by the same company that owns the Lowes building and retail strip. The other out parcels behind the lowes have different owners. They are marketing the property as build to suit retail/office. Hopefully something worthwhile will come in but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Two parcels in front of Tractor Supply in Mauldin has been cleared. Have heard Panera and/or Popeyes as rumors on Nextdoor.

Cookout coming to the old Sonic in Mauldin. Verified through tax records!
