It's the parking lot to the Hughes apartment building on that same corner. Orange Therapy is at the bottom of the building. I assume they'll all start using the parking garage that is built with the new building.
With all the construction that's been taking place in downtown recently, can this area handle even more traffic? How many more people can be crammed in this area???

I am downtown many times a week. The traffic is not bad at all, especially when compared to Woodruff Rd. As a matter of fact, I also go to Easley often. The quickest route from my house to Easley is directly through downtown. Speaking of Easley, the traffic on 123 as you get near the shopping center is even worse than Woodruff Rd. Bottom line, downtown Greenville can handle more traffic.
Thanks. I had a client that said she used to eat at RE's deli, but stopped because there was no parking. Now that this skyscraper is gonna be built in the parking lot won't there be even less parking?

I believe that green area at the bottom of the building is going to be a parking garage with a grocery store on the front of it.
