This is not the same site plan I attached an image of. What you attached a link for was a tentative plan. I saw this image at the meeting the other week, on the screen, and discussion of a large scale development. One of the representatives for the project was present.

Yes and the gas station area looks like one structure now in image you posted versus the two structure (Conv. store, gas pump bay) labeled Spinx in the other one.

What did they say about the development? Tenants, construction timeline, etc?

Ah, gotcha. Spinx already owns that lot, so...if there is a gas station, it's a Spinx. Now, they might sell that lot to the developer if it's a retail strip on the current site plan (which makes sense since they've recently built just down W. Georgia). I just doubt Spinx would sell it to be part of a development that includes a competitor.

The discussion was in regards to a special exception for the apartment density. I havent heard any news about tenants yet, but the special exception was approved 5-0. I'm sure we'll hear more in the coming weeks.

can someone tell me where the colonial pipeline runs? I can't find a map with anything exact enough to give me a hint where not to buy a house, and believe me, I have searched. I know it crosses 385 near Simpsonville and Fountain but can't cant narrow it down.

That's as exact as I can find. Don't know the exact area, but there is a lot of area you could live in and not have to worry at all!

I see the area behind Spinx at East Standing Springs is now under contract. Anyone know what is planned for that piece of land?

Five of the eight planned retail spots next to Publix have been leased.
