Yes. The drilling is occurring on the exact site for the movie theater. They take soil samples first to make sure the ground can hold the building properly after being constructed.

So you're sure it's for a movie theater though? I know about preconstruction drilling and why it's done. Maybe I missed where you confirmed it was for a movie theater chain. It seems this could be for a number of different developments that would do well next to a TopGolf.

There was a number of articles quoting the realtor saying that a dine-in movie theater was planned there. They were just waiting on the "good faith" period to pass before they could announce which one it was.
