I wonder if there are tennis players that play almost daily with a partner or double,
and there's some noticeable skill gap between the two or the two teams.

If you do, do you usually complete a match or ending with several sets ( 30 to 60 minutes?) ?

There might be a way to improve the game by 4 to 5% for an individual player or the team, and it's not from newly gained tennis skill set. Right now, I'm unable to substantiate this claim because I've only tested by myself for two weeks thou outcome was meaningful. And no, not sport drug, LOL.

Did you mean to post this in the Greenville-Spartanburg, SC, forum (since you’re in Virginia)? You might get more responses if you post it in the sports forum.

I run a tennis group at https://www.meetup.com/greenville-tennis-meetup-group/. We'd be happy to have you. Also, Mon-Thurs Cleveland Park is full of regulars who play after work. I know most of them. Super nice folks who wouldn't mind if you joined.

Interesting, thanks for the info, @seagate585, while I'm not a tennis player, I go to tennis court to practice racquetball and lately found it might also help me to validate or invalidate something I'm creating... However, I have another priority to take care of at the moment, will touch base with you later.
Much appreciated.

@seagate585, been to Cleveland Park, a little stream running along the tennis courts is cool, and yet driving over there takes many small, narrow streets. I'll stick with Gower Park for now, do you go there as well?

I haven't been to Gower in years. I usually play at Butler Springs or Cleveland. Also in Duncan because it is on my way home from work. I would suggest joining our Meetup Group and post a message there.

There is a great group of guys 50 and older at Cleveland in the mornings as well. Especially early morning. I know a few of them. Super nice. If you like mornings, just look for Jose and Manuel.

@seagate585, what's the Meetup Group URL?

I work out late afternoon after work, so, morning is not an option for me.
