My husband has been in Greenville/Greer since May 1. We signed a contract on our home in Winston-Salem and close on June 27. The movers are scheduled for next week. We have a temporarary apt. at Thornblade Park and will start house hunting later this summer. We are childless (but are owned by a 3 1/2 yr. old Cavalier)), mid-50's-early 60's and have never lived outside NC. I'm a bit daunted by the move, but hubby LOVES Greenville and his new job. This is a great board, and I've really enjoyed reading a lot of it. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions once I arrive.

The 27th is also our moving day! We are leaving California and heading to a home in Easley. Good luck to everyone and congrats!

When my moving man brought over some free used boxes yesterday, he did say that this is one of the busiest weeks of the year for moving.
