I've been reading the posts on here for quite some time. This is my first time posting, and I'm hoping someone can help. My family and I are hoping to move in the near future. We would like to find someplace to rent prior to buying a home. We would like to try to find someplace to rent in the Bells Crossing school district, however it doesn't appear any exist. (At least with the searches I've been doing on-line) Does anyone know of any?
Thank you so much for any help you may provide!

Maybe I should have clarified. I was referring to a place to rent in Simpsonville - within the Bells Crossing school district. Thanks.

Thanks for your help. But it appears there just aren't any apartments in the Bells Crossing school district. Does anyone have any information on Padock Club or Rocky Creek apartments? I've found a little info on-line about Padock Club, but can't find much (pictures, rent prices) about Rocky Creek. Thanks!

good luck!
we moved here in january and i chose to look for rentals in the bells crossings or oakview districts only.....we found just two options! one was in oakviews district for $950/mo but the house was too small and the neighborhood was subpar, in our opinions....the only other option was in gilder creek farm...4br 2.5 ba for $1450/mo....so, that's what we had to go with. we love the subdivision and are happy we haven't bought yet...but wish there were more on the market to choose from because we'd rather pay $1200 or less........we have two children so apartments weren't really an option for us at first....but when we didn't find homes, i looked for apartments but couldn't find any available in the school districts we wanted and that would allow a boxer....a realtor may be your best option.....feel free to search gilder creek farm simpsonville, sc (bells crossing ele) as well as Ochard Farms in Simpsonville, SC (Oakview Ele)...

I teach at Bell's Crossing and unfortunately, every student in the school comes from a home that is owned privately. The Paddock Club, though not zoned for Bell's, is a nice choice for an apartment. Rocky Creek is beautiful and fairly new, but it is subsidized by the government and the maximum family income can not exceed about 31,000 to live there. If you are having a house built, you can try one of the apartments and ask for special permission to attend Bell's, if that is where your house will be zoned for. I hope this helps. We stayed in an apartment off Fairview Road before our house was ready and I would not recommend it to anyone. I wish I would have went with the Paddock Club!
