Anyone know why they're clearing the trees along the 135/Dacusville Hwy north of the hospital (at Pierce)?

We were wondering if it was just a resident clearing the land or if some new building is going to happen.

There is a new housing development going up over there. I am not sure if that is the exact location but it should be close.

This area needs somthing in the 160's to 210 range with a pool, playground and sidewalks.
