Can anyone recommend a DO in Greenville county that performs OMT? I prefer this approach over visiting a chiropractor, but would welcome suggestions for a chiropractor, as well.

Dr. Susan Stegall is conventionally trained but practices integrative medicine, which seems to be what you are after. She has patients from all over the country. I am a patient of hers, and she is great! A Google search should bring up her web site (not sure if I am allowed to post links here).
I'll second Dr. Stegall. She is incredible! I remember mentioning her name more than once in other threads of similar topics. It is always great to hear from others who are aware and share the same top notch care.
