Just thought some may be interested in our 2006 crime stats here in Greenville. These were released yesterday (3-14-07). You can go to: http://www.gcso.org/ This is a direct link to the Sheriff's web site. Look under Sheriff's Office News and click on "Sheriff Loftis Releases Annual Crime Statistics."

Yes. Go to: http://206.25.214.107/default.htm (broken link)

and click on 'Yearly Report' in the Online Reports section (on your left). It will open up the 2006 report. You have to have Adobe Reader to access it.

I am having trouble finding this information, but the crime map seems to indicate that violent & petty crime is everywhere in Greenville county. Looks like a war zone.
