The structure is up at Magnolia Park next to theater for quite sometime. Does anyone know when this is going to actually open?

In July the company issued a statement saying they planned to open by years end. Around the same time the city of Greenville states they have issued building permits for interior work there. 17 days ago appears all job positions were posted on some site called
ZipRecruiter (hadn't heard of that one before). I don't know when they plan on opening. I'll believe it more when the interior gets done. Has anyone seen work inside there yet?

Very strange too that nothing is going on now with the remaining vacant storefronts in the complex. Have they just stopped leasing for this place? Seems like there are plenty of other retailers they could get for the existing vacant spaces scattered around the development.

We were by there yesterday and it appears they are still setting wall studs and hanging vents. The place is definitely beginning to take on signs of life.
