Hi-
Does anyone have any recommendations for a reasonably-priced and trustworthy technician?
My neighbor's downstairs unit is not working. It is 10 years old, and the estimate for repair was around $1200. This sounds high to us, and I told her I would investigate. I know the company she used for this initial estimate is a chain.
They really don't have the money to replace the unit right now.

I don't have personal experience with this, but I find that I can get a lot of good information from reviews at Yahoo local. I use it a lot!
