Would appreciate any feedback on this subdivision. Priced well but the houses seem a little close together. Also would like to know if it's family friendly community.

Yeah, it's a nice subdivision but the homes are cookie cuttered and is located in the middle of sprawl-ville. If that's what you like then go for it.
