can anyone give me some info on these apartments?

we are in the process of moving to the area. everything has been running very smoothly up until this point. that is until i read some awful things about the apartment complex we will be moving into.

unfortunately i was swept away by the online pics and it's amenities, and ended up signing a 6 mo. lease, before researching and reading reviews. there are only a hand full of reviews, but the most recent paint a very unappealing picture for my family and i.

my wife landed a great job, and are funds are in place to make the move to the area, but this recent discoverer has put an ugly spin on things.

any information is greatly appreciated!!

I don't know anything about that apartment complex, but keep in mind that most of the people that write reviews of places had bad opinions. They need a place to vent so writing a review is a way for them to do it.

For whats its worth, I lived there five years ago when I first moved to Simpsonville. I lived facing I-385 and was not bad. Never had a problem with managment, just the typical problems you have with apt. living. Inconsiderate people, noise, thin walls. I moved out after my year lease to down the road to Bridgeway (stayed 3 years), older apts. but the mgr. is always on top of things and will look out for you.

I have been checking out those apartments. How did it work out for you? Any problems there?
