I am relocating to the Greenville area in July and am looking to find some good websites to check out rental property on?? here are a few that I have already found, you can add your own as well!
Hi Posted this for another thread I am going to copy and paste it...
am not sure if you guys are buying a home or your future plans (credit wise)? However, PLEASE consider about the rentals with most rental prop companies.... they require a credit check usually Equifax in this area. If you are concered about your credit score or tri-merge score on behalf of a furture home purchase...you might want to consider another option. I would be more than happy to tell you more if this is a concern. Just a FYI...
I am such a credit freak and I know a lot of people have no clue about this in advance. Nor do most of them tell you this when you first call!
Hey thanks for to Noodles and all of those who posted the listings for Rental websites for homes. I was going to post the question but instead did a search to see if someone had already asked so good to find the info. very helpful! Thanks everyone!

Good luck to you and welcome to Greenville, SC
While "hard inquiries" such as requesting credit from credit cards or housing inquiries *does* have a minor impact on your credit score, the cost of applying for rental housing (application "fees" are often the charge for running a credit check) is steep enough so that most renters don't just put in applications willy-nilly.
The upshot is: the damage done to your credit by narrowing your housing search to the two or three most likely places/situations and then only applying there is *minimal*.
The "credit points" that are dropped can be regained easily by simply paying on revolving accounts. I recommend http://credit.com/
for those people who are worried about credit issues.
I don't recommend fretting over the drop in your credit score. Any experienced credit specialist or reputable algorithm will understand that the three credit inquiries for housing in the same month are just that.
