-Doc Chey's space has been leased. Don't know to who yet. Yoga place also opening soon in same shopping center.

-Pandora for old Aveda space, Apple for old Childrens Place space, and Francesca's for old Ink & Thread space at Haywood Mall.

-El Patron mexican restaurant which has locations in Anderson will be opening inside the old Cracker Barrel at Woodruff Road/I-85 soon.

-Looks like upfit of old Montgomery Ward's space is starting up for Superplay USA.

-Buffalo Wild Wings will open in April or May.

-Nantucket downtown will be opening in a few months.

-Carolina Ale House construction should begin sometime this Spring.

-Jimmy Johns will be opening in March or April in the same shopping center with Five Guys next to Haywood Mall.

I've heard that but can't confirm it at this time. Renovations on old Linens N Things space at Greenridge space should start soon to make way for Buy Buy Baby.

Bellacinos is opening an additional location at the old Stax's Omega restaurant at Pelham Road and I-85. Don't know if they're open yet. Signage is up.

Ahh...gotcha thanks. Glad to see another empty restaurant space getting filled especially by the likes of Bellacinos. Great pizza. Oh and American Eagle is expanding into the old Bags Express space at Haywood Mall.

Was driving on Pleasantburg the other day near Home Depot close to Cherrydale area and saw that there is another Compadres "Mex Mex" being built. Also some other stuff attached but can't remember what it was.
