Good morning friends!
Yesterday was a not-so-good day. Maybe the heat? I just felt sick and dizzy all day. Had zero ambition although I did get a few things done but not what I had hoped. I think the dog training has added stress even though they both are doing very well. It has been hot and muggy and sometimes I don't drink enough water so maybe that was a part of it yesterday. Today I got up at 4am to take the dogs out, laid back down until 5:30 and got up decided to try to get a lot done early while it's still cooler. Today is suppose to be like yesterday so I doubt I'll be going out much except for short dog walks. I pray today will be better! Hope you all have a blessed day!

Thanks as always Dude for you positive thinking! BuBu pulled his first pee mistake in my den on my carpet today. I gave both the dogs a chew and when they had finished he smelled where Bella had been eating and decided he needed to mark that place. I scolded him and took him out to finish and then I had the wonderful job of getting it out of the carpet. He didn't know--he has never been house trained and quite honestly they have both done so well. Anyhow now that is clean and we will remember no chews on the carpet!
Hope elston is have a great time! Already miss him! He has held me up for many years and been a good friend--I have met many good friends here--I am blessed!

Good morning everyone!
One more "oops" but at least this time it was in the mud room so easy to clean. Not sure which dog it was but I'm guessing BuBu. That was in the early evening when I took a late nap. Tonight is the real test again--I work for 5 hours and even though they seem okay through the night they drink more water during the day time. We'll see and fingers crossed. Not sure why I am so tired??? Even woke up tired. Probably this extreme heat--it's been horrible!
Thanks for the positive words about BuBu elkotronics..I need to hear that!
Have a blessed day everyone.

No worries Dude--I may not be happy about messes but I don't get "mad" at my babies. They are still learning and they aren't puppies so I'll be lucky if they really ever get it but I can clean the messes as long as I keep them in the mud room when I am gone. I'm mad at myself for waiting this long to make them house dogs. I have a few friends that think I am crazy and should just put them back out once it cools off but I made up my mind these dogs don't have many years left and those will be good years! It is sooooo hot here I am ready to collapse...ugh!

The dogs held on until I got home from work--one more victory! I immediately took them for a walk even though we had some wicked lightening and thunder going on---they made it quick! Then they made it through the night--6 hours so another victory. I have to count those good days and just deal with the bad days. We all have them! Looks like another scorcher here today...I am so ready for fall! I dread my electric bill! I keep the A/C on for the animals of course. Work was long last night....slow. No one is going out in this heat unless necessary. Time to shower and get ready for yet another day at work--my hard day--stocking! Hope everyone has a blessed day!
