I think for the most part we all love animals here....I am very happy you were able to help that poor kitty!
Boy I had a really bad night last night---not sure why. Probably just a lot on my mind! I was up more then I was down! Today I feel tired and just not very well, spacey, but as the day goes on I'm sure I will feel better. I have work today and for now BuBu seems to be doing pretty well. I am still giving him both the pumpkin in the morning and the medication I keep on hand from the vet at night. I am keeping a close eye on him and only giving the medication at night. It's all natural so it won't hurt him but I still want to be safe!
We're having a bit of rain but it's in the 40's so not cold!
This group of people here are my "safe" place so again I want to say "Thank you" each and every one of you! Have a blessed day and a wonderful Christmas!
My son and 16 yo grand daughter are flying in tomorrow around 2. I will have hors d'oeuvres when they arrive and beer and/or cocktails for the adults.....deviled eggs, brie and crackers, blue cheese dip and chips and veggie sticks and smoked turkey and colby cheese.....if anyone wants it. Also will be cooking up a tourtiere (meat pie) I made and froze....it is traditional Quebec Christmas fare. Pickled beets with that.
Later for "dinner" I will have a baked ham and potato au gratin and steamed brocolli. Ice cream and apple pie for desert.
I was afraid it wouldnt be enough....but as I write it down....it sounds like plenty! (too much).
Everyone have a great day today! My wife and I are going to our one day Assembly in Overland Park. Great day to enjoy some much-needed spiritual food. Love going out to all of you on here!
