Good attitude elston and I am sure you are correct! Now for me to start feeling more positive. That fear is hard to shake!
Hope you all have a blessed day!

It is fear of the unknown that is the hardest. One more day and the unknown will be revealed. You go on from there. Remember, over 40 years and still counting for me! Attitude is a major factor.

I like YOUR attitude, elston. Almost Zen like. I like the "all will be well" attitude. Is that Quaker? I think I saw somewhere that is your prefered philosophy? Were your ancestors Buddhists? Whatever, I applaud your calm.

Tami.....I do attend a silent Quaker Meeting for my spiritual home. I have read a lot of Buddhist teachings and they are formative for me.

I believe the "All Will Be Well Again" is biblical "And all manner of things shall be well again." There was an early Christian mystic who lived in England in the ? 1400s who took the name Julian of Norwich. She had herself sealed in a cell attatched to the wall of the cathedral. Those nuns were called Anchorites. Julian had vision of angels and messages from heaven....and in the midst of the black plague and civil wars and other disasters she proclaimed that, "All Will Be Well Again" Her teaching, that given time and faith....all will be well again...is core to my own spirituality.

You will be missed elston but heal well my friend!
Today is the day I find out my medical condition. I pray it's not bad but the doctor sure didn't seem optimistic. I will spend my day in prayer!
