I was feeling pretty proud this morning that my knee was "pain free" but I had forgotten to take my medicine this AM when I got up and by 9:30 I realized I really need them.....my knee hurt!

It’s the first anniversary of my sisters death today. She lived in MA, so for the most part I do not live with the reality that she’s gone. Her daughter posted a picture of the headstone, and it hit me sort of hard.

Holding you in my caring heart.......that photo of your sister's gravestone, gives real-time meaning to the expression...."solemn as a grave"

I sure hope cyn is having a productive and satisfying visit to California. I find myself thinking of her often and wishing her the best. Same with you ones who are nursing knees out there.

Good Sunday's to the all of you!

Maybe they operate according to the Squeeky Wheels get the oil Principle.
