I was feeling pretty proud this morning that my knee was "pain free" but I had forgotten to take my medicine this AM when I got up and by 9:30 I realized I really need them.....my knee hurt!
It’s the first anniversary of my sisters death today. She lived in MA, so for the most part I do not live with the reality that she’s gone. Her daughter posted a picture of the headstone, and it hit me sort of hard.
