Probably a mixture of cool new-age-ish stuff, working up to fancy progressive rock, and ending up with some heavy boogie / party rock.

River of Dreams, Billy Joel. Worth a few minutes to give a listen.

My companion requested "My Way " to be played at his funeral RC mass.

I don't plan on having a funeral so it's kind of a moot point but I would like to hear "I'm free" by The Who played at my funeral if I had one. That is kind of tongue-in-cheek but it would reflect how I feel about passing on.

But on a serious note I would probably have some Native American pow wow music ( Northern style) and maybe some Mayan pan flute music and maybe some flute music by Carlos Nakai.

It is. And by the same token, I'm so grateful that there was an Army chap to play it at my husband's funeral service.

1. Happy Talk from South Pacific.

2. Don't worry, be happy. bob Marley.

3. Happy - Pharrel Williams.

4. Happy from Despicable Me.

5. Lets go Crazy by Prince.

6. Everything is Awesome form the Lego movie.

7. Maybe Stand Up get up by Bob Marley, but with the singer addressing me.

Probably ought to toss in Baba O'Riley, Barroom Blitz and Eminence Front maybe Love Shack and Tainted love as well. Not really appropriate, just songs that will remind people that I want them go get up and get nuts and be crazy/happy.

The twins can sing Angels Wings at the beginning and make everyone cry if they want to. Have to get the sadness out of the way before people can get happy.
